We offer four-year Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science. All of our graduates have a solid and general computer science degree because they all must pass a rigorous core set of courses. Our program is ABET accredited, and our established learning outcomes can be read here .
All of our graduating students are required to complete a minimum of 120 credit hours in selected electives, and are required to pursue a concentration of their choice. Concentrations are associated with specific areas or topics within the broad range of computer science topics available to our majors. A concentration additional indicates that the student has chosen 15 hours of electives related to the concentration topic. Since computer science is a dynamic and changing degree program, our concentrations are frequently updated to remain current and topical. For this reason, the specific set of requirements needed for a concentration will depend upon when a student enters the computer science major program. For this reason, students should consult the concentration descriptions and checklists for the appropriate year.
